934 NW 58th

We purchased the existing single-family home in spring of 2020 and then demoed and built four townhomes with parking between the buildings.  Homes have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

7721 16th Ave NW – “Night & Day”

This home was purchased with the intent to remodel the existing house and build a new DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit) in the back.  However, the City of Seattle rezoned the area in 2019 and we were able to not only build the DADU, but we were able to squeeze a 1500 square foot single family house in as well.  All within the 4800 square foot lot.

For the existing single family, we remodeled the main floor and redesigned the kitchen and bath layouts.  And finished the basement, adding a bathroom and a bedroom.

This DADU was completed in 2020, at just under 800 square feet.  It has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

This single family home was built after the City of Seattle rezoned the area to RSL (Residential Small Lot)  We were able to build this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house on a very small footprint,  15’ wide X 40’ long

13250 2nd Ave NW

We built this DADU for a client in 2020.  This project has a unique feature: a basement!  The basement doubled the size of the house, so we were able to build a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1600 square foot DADU.


1524 5th Ave W

The existing single family home was torn down and we built a new single family home with two separate ADUs. (Accessory Dwelling Units)  Completed Fall 2022.

In-Progress Projects

4201 SW Raymond St. (West Seattle)

This single family home will be turned into 6 brand new rowhouses with off street parking for all units.  3 bed 2.5 bath 1450 sqft. Puget Sound water views. Walking distance to shopping. Completion Fall 2023.

14048 Palatine Ave N (Bitter Lake)

This single family home will be turned into one new Single Family Residence (2500 sqft 4 bed 4 bath) and two Accessory Dwelling Units (1000 sqft 2 bed 2 bath) with off street parking in the Bitter Lake Neighborhood. Completion Fall 2023.

117 22nd Ave (Central District)

This single family home will be turned into four townhomes with off street parking. Completion Fall 2023.
